Theme Creator

WallFlower Theme Creator


Theme Creator allows you to create custom themes for use with WallFlower. There is no fee for Theme Creator it is free. Documentation is not yet complete, but it is a fairly simple process.
  1. Create a new theme by selecting "new" from TC's File menu.
  2. Click the "New" button to add an image and name the item.
  3. Drag an image to the image well to the right. (Currently images must be no more than 128x128. That'll be changing in the future.)
  4. Select "Mask" to add a mask to the image. This should be a greyscale image where white is transparent and black is solid. Greys will be translucent.
  5. Select behaviours from the controls below the image. Velocity, rotaion, etc.. (Please note that some setting may not have the expected result. Please let me know so I can get them fixed up.)
  6. Click "New" if you would like to add more images and return to step 3.
  7. Select "Save" from the File menu to save your new theme.
  8. In WallFlower you can either open the new theme via the "File" menu, or add the theme via the "Themes" menu.
  9. Use the "File->Open" menu in TC to edit the theme.
